I first started blogging when we moved to the Alger house, and we lived there ten years before closing on a decade of delightful learning. I'm so grateful for the time I spent documenting our life. I love having it to look back on.
The summer before we left, I finished up a year long ambassador commitment with Sonlight and was ready for a blogging break. Little did I know that I would be taking a very long break, or that our lives would change in a very big way, but here I am filling in the blanks of a life left off over seven years ago.
We worked on the new house over the summer and closed in August.
We said goodbye to the old house by the end of the month.
We settled into the new house.
And enjoyed a season of slow.
