Favorite List {52 Lists}

52 lists with Chasing Slow

I don't really have a favorite list, as I came in on 52 Lists late in the year, so I'll take this list to share why I have loved participating in 52 Lists.

I have loved:
  • having an easy post to write each week. It is a lot of work to take pictures, document our homeschool, and then put it all in a blog post. It's nice to simply write a list.
  • that the lists are fun! It's a new way to express myself, and it's a fun way to document my life.
  • that they build community. When I link up my post, I visit the blogger who linked up before me and comment, and I've met some new bloggers this way.

Thank you Beauty Full Slow for all the time, energy, and creativity you put into hosting 52 Lists this year!

I have been thinking a lot about what I will blog about this coming year. I really need an easy year, so here are a few ideas I have so far:
  • a simple monthly list of what's currently going on around here because I want to keep documenting my life in some small way
  • Throwback Thursday because I need an easy weekly post to fall back on to meet Crew requirements
  • a monthly post of what is going on in my homeschool - currently that would mean a Prairie Primer post or an update on all our other subjects - because this blog is about documenting my homeschool
  • homeschool reviews because they enrich our homeschool and keep it fresh and interesting (plus I love happy mail!)

I'm so happy that you joined us for some of the list making! Each and every list that I read and visited blessed me. I'm grateful for your encouraging words.

I am not sure why most of your blog post emails go to my spam folder but I sure get to miss reading what is going on in your life/family and come get my fill on the blog every couple weeks.
Thank you for inspiring me to stay present with my children and homeschool this year. It has been so wonderful getting to know you. And to actually meet was the icing on the cake!

That sounds wonderful! I think part of why I loved the lists was because it was an "easy" post for each week. I link up to a Throwback Thursday party and use an old post but I had not thought of writing a Throwback Thursday post-- what a great idea. (One that I may very well be stealing!).

I know how much effort it took, so I'm proud of you for finishing strong, BF Slow!

Crystal, I'm not sure why they are going to spam, but I'm happy you still check in with me! ♥ I owe you an email and hope to write it very soon!

Mother of 3, I just realized I was doing TT wrong, haha! I thought we were supposed to do a new post linking back to an old post - not just link up an old post. Whoops! I know a lot of bloggers recycle and republish old posts, so I thought it would be a great way to share old posts worth sharing with new readers. You are very welcome to post your own TT post. :)
