Shabbat Meal Plan

After our long trip last weekend, I am keeping it relatively simple. =)

Erev Shabbat

  • Wild Pacific Mahi Mahi (baked with rehydrated lemon slices)

  • Cucumbers with lime juice and Real Salt

  • Potato Salad

Shabbat Breakfast

  • Chocolate Malted Milk

  • Blueberries and Cream and/or Yogurt with Banana

Lunch:

  • {Cheese} Sandwiches w/lettuce and cucumber (I was going to make Egg Salad but I fell asleep)

  • Carrot Sticks

Dinner:

  • Messy Taco Salad (taco meat, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato and olives tossed with homemade ranch and crushed tortilla chips just before serving)

Treats:

In the oven.  I think I needed a bigger pan ~ a smaller batch is usually not an option around here!
Drinks:

  • Iced Red Raspberry Leaf tea (for me!)

  • Lemonade

  • Water/Milk

Just took the Blondies out of the oven. Gonna throw the thawed fish in now and finish the potato salad. Luke and Jordan just got home, so perfect timing.

Shabbat Shalom. =)
