Muffin Tin Monday

6/11/2009
Theme: Counting/Numbers
This week was a perfect time to join Muffin Tin Monday over at Her Cup Overfloweth. We are reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar for our Tot Time and for the letter C for Preschool and instead of making a Very Hungry Caterpillar fruit salad, we made a Very Hungry Caterpillar Fruit Muffin Tin. :-)

If you don't know the story, the Very Hungry Caterpillar eats through 1 apple, 2 pears, 3 plums, 4 strawberries and 5 oranges. . . and he is still hungry!  Well, just in case my little ones would still be hungry, I made them something special to go along with their muffin tin. . . but you will have to wait until I post our lesson to see what that was. I am posting this here, because I wanted to get in on this weeks theme.

GREAT idea!! Might have to use this one for copy cat week coming up soon:-)! So glad you decided to do this, fun isn't it? Can't wait to see what else you whipped up to go along with this book (and your lesson too)!
